Terms and Conditions:1. An initial deposit of half the total price of the piece, rounded down, will be due before the piece is started.
2. Once the preliminary sketch is complete and agreed upon, this deposit is nonrefundable. Updates on your piece will be provided periodically.
3. I reserve the right to use the piece in my portfolio and for future advertising. If you wish for exclusive rights to the piece, there will be an additional fee. This fee will be $5.00 until the total price of the art piece exceeds $50.00, at which time it will become 10% of the total price of the piece rounded down to the nearest cent.
4. Do not remove my signature under any circumstances, or claim my art as your own work.
5. I reserve the right to refuse service for any reason.
6. Pricing will vary on the complexity of the piece. This includes variables such as number of subjects, poses, detailed work, etc.
7. I reserve the right to change/alter these terms at any time. This will not affect pieces agreed upon before the alteration was made.
